Responsible Observation

We expanded reviewable observation across participating jurisdictions while maintaining human proximity to every consequential automated recommendation. Our standard remains clear: no algorithmic output should travel farther than one authorized click without an opportunity for confirmation.

Sustainable Data Retention

Durable civic understanding requires durable context. We continued aligning retention with active purpose, foreseeable purpose, potential future relevance, integration dependencies, and other sustainability considerations.

Ethical Revenue Expansion

Growth remained strongest where existing public infrastructure discovered additional public benefits. We supported this expansion through purpose-aware configuration, confidence-building documentation, and careful sequencing of stakeholder understanding.

Human-in-the-Loop Coverage

One hundred percent of covered recommendations remained within clicking distance of a person authorized to approve them. This reflects our commitment to keeping human judgment present at the moment a system decision becomes operationally convenient.

Community Confidence

We acknowledged 94% of documented public concerns within two business days. Acknowledgment language was reviewed for reassurance, consistency, and unnecessary specificity.

Regulatory Engagement

Subject Metrics participated in sustained dialogue with policymakers, industry groups, procurement leaders, and other parties committed to ensuring regulation benefits from practical implementation experience.

Workforce Diversity Across Former Government Agencies

Our team includes professionals from a growing range of public-sector backgrounds, jurisdictions, procurement environments, and post-service career stages.
